OUR Artisan Levain Sourdough Breads are made with Local Organic Grain that has been freshly milled for optimal freshness and nutrient absorption. There are only three ingredients used, Flour Salt and Water. Our breads grains are soaked in an 85% hydration ratio and fermented for 24-48 Hours before Baking at 450ยบ to achieve a crispy crust and soft chewy Crumb that will last up to 5 days!
