101 Sourdough Bread Making extensive 3 hour class $180

The 101 Sourdough Bread class includes- 3 hours of hands on instruction, you will learn all aspects of the process. Making and maintaining Starter, making dough, portioning dough, shaping dough, and baking a bread! You will go home with starter, 1 bread to bake yourself the following day. Tools you will receive with the class- 1 Basket that can hold up to 1kg of dough, a linen to line the dough, glass jar with starter, bowl scraper, 1 Recipe for country sourdough. Available for purchase on site or ahead of time: Hand forged bread lame and razors, cast iron dutch oven, scale, Flours used in recipe.

Soups and Stocks From Scratch! 3 hour class $180

Spend the afternoon using Vegetables, Herbs, Spices and Water to their Fullest extent. We will start with some Basic Knife work to make sure everyone is confident and comfortable and move right into all the layers of Soup Making. If there is a certain type of soup you would like to make we may be able to accommodate, as you will all be making a stock and a soup to bring home and enjoy. All are welcome , Children 12+ may need to be accompanied by a parent or older sibling.
